Prior to founding Canail Partners, LLC, Mr. Tawney was an associate in the deal origination division of Dinan & Company, LLC, a boutique middle market investment bank and leading buy-side advisory firm. He was responsible for actively identifying, originating, and analyzing investment opportunities for private equity groups and corporate acquirers primarily in the business services, technology & software, industrial manufacturing, and healthcare industries.Mr. Tawney began his career at ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW) developing strategic relationships with decision makers and stakeholders at enterprise level accounts (Fortune 1000), focused specifically on the financial services industry.Mr. Tawney hold a B.S. in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management.

Prior to joining Canail Partners, LLC, Mr. Tawney spent his career in multiple enterprise sales roles as an account executive and managed strategic channel partnerships across the software, facilities management, and healthcare industries.Previously, Mr. Tawney led the channel sales & partnerships function at Z5 Inventory, a leading provider of software and services to healthcare providers across the United States. Prior to Z5, Mr. Tawney was an enterprise account executive at PlanView, Inc., an enterprise resource planning solutions provider.Mr. Tawney hold a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management.

Mr. Padre joined Canail Partners, LLC in 2023 and is primarily responsible for research related to clients' acquisition mandates across various industry verticals.Mr. Padre has held multiple positions as a research analyst and developed critical skills in identifying and sourcing target leads for marketing outreach.Mr. Padre hold a B.S. in Information Technology from Isabela State University.
